Important Notice: Resuming Business from 11th May 2020
We hope you are staying safe as you gear up to begin serving customers again, starting Tomorrow by 11th of May 2020.
We are happy to inform you that we have started accepting orders on most products category that customers need at this time, as per Central and State guidelines. This includes orders for essential and non-essential products from customers in Green and Orange Zones in most States, as per each State’s specific regulations. For Red zones, we will continue to accept and deliver orders for essential products only.
We continue to be mindful of the importance of social distancing and other safety procedures, hence, at this point, we will continue to accept COD & Pre-paid orders for our customers.
Refer to “PDF document dated 30th April by MoHFW” for a detailed list of Green, Orange, and Red Zones across India (as on 30 April 2020), as identified by the Central Government. Please note that this list is dynamic and subject to changes as per Government (Central/State/local) guidelines; we request you to check with your local authorities on the zone under which your business falls.
If you are not ready to resume operations, please put your account on vacation to avoid getting orders.
If you are ready and not listed your products on our Web Marketplace please intimated us by calling to the respective Account manager to let us know your readiness.
Update price and inventory for your products through the ‘My listing’ page on the Seller portal for more details.
If you have opted earlier for vacation mode then would suggest you remove your account from vacation mode, if you are now operationally ready to fulfill orders.
Get curfew passes: If you are in an orange or red zone, you might still need curfew passes to operate your business until the lockdown is lifted.
We have put together details of the process which you can follow to apply for curfew passes (Details Below).
We will continue to maintain the highest level of safety standards in our supply chain network to deliver products safely to our customers and request you to follow this safety guide at your premises to ensure we do our best to stay safe during these times.
Finally, it is evident that the ramp-up in operations will be gradual, and hence, we request your patience while we work together to get back to pre-COVID times or better! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we ramp up starting Tomorrow.
